Dosa Potato Bhaji



Ingredients:

1. Onion
2. Ginger-green chili paste
3. Potato (Boiled)
4. Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped)
5. Mustard Seeds
6. Urad Daal
7. Kari Patta
8. Oil
9. Salt
10. Turmeric powder 
11. Olive Oil
12. Hing

Procedure:
1. Cut boiled potato in medium sized pieces.


2. Add ginger-chili paste in it.


3. Add Turmeric Powder and Coriander Leaves. Mix it.


4. Slice onion thinly and microwave it with some water and salt.


5. In a pan, add some oil.


6. Add in mustard seeds, hing and Urad Daal.


7. After mustard seeds crackled and Urad Daal is brown, add Kari Patta.


8. Throw in onions and mix for 2 min.


9. Lastly mixture of potato and salt. Mix it.


10. Cook it with lid for 10 minutes on slow heat.

Fried Rice



Ingredients:

1. Onion
2. Garlic
3. Spring Onion
4. Cabbage
5. Bell Peppers
6. Carrots
7. Basmati Rice
8. All in One Sauce
9. Black Pepper Powder
10. Grated or Scrambled Paneer 
11. Olive Oil

Procedure:

1. Wash and soak basmati rice for 10-15 min.


2. Slice onion and garlic thinly.


3. Slice Carrot and Bell Peppers.


4. Cut Spring Onions (keep white and green part different) and cabbage.


5. In a woke, add some olive oil. Add in Garlic, white spring onions and thinly sliced onions. Add some salt.


6. Throw in carrots and mix it for 2 minutes.


7. Throw in bell peppers and mix it for 2 minutes.


8. Lastly add cabbage and grated paneer.


9. Mix all things for 2 minutes and then add All-In-One sauce.


10. Then, add Black pepper powder and salt.


11. While doing this, boil water three times of rice and add oil, salt and some All-In-One Sauce. 


12. Add rice in it. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes on medium-high heat or till the rice is 90% cooked. Rinse it in the bowl.


12. Add rice into the woke mixture and Mix it. Keep it covered for 10 minutes for low heat. Lastly add green spring onions.

Dabeli



Ingredients:


2 Potato - boiled and shredded

1 onion chopped (medium size pieces)
2 tblsp Tamarind date chutney
1 tblsp dabeli masala
Oil
---------------------------------
Butter
Pav
Garlic chutney
Shev
Pomegranate seeds
Masala Peanuts
Dry shredded coconut
Finely chopped Onion
Finely chopped Coriander leaves


Procedure:


1. Boil 2 potatoes and shred them.


 
2. In Pan, add oil and when it gets warm, add dabeli masala.


 
3. Mix it fast and add onion.


 
4. Add Tamarind date chutney and salt. Mix well.


 
5. After onion becomes soft, add potato and mix all things well.


 
6. Keep the mixture on medium-high heat for some time till the raw smell of potato goes away.

7. Your stuffing is ready. Put it in the bowl.
8. Sprinkle some dry shredded coconut, masala peanuts, pomegranate seeds, Shev, finely chopped onion and Coriander leaves.

 
8. Take Butter and toast it on pan with butter.


 
9. Apply garlic chutney on 1 side of 1 bread.


 
10. Apply the stuff paste. Add some more onion, peanuts, pomegranate seeds and Shev on it.


 
11. Put on another slice of bread. Your Dabeli is ready to serve.
