Paneer Tikka - Starter

Ingredients:

1. Onion - Cubed
2. All Colored Bell Pepper - Cubed
3. Paneer - Cubed
4. Sour Cream
5. Black Pepper Powder
6. Deghi Mirch Powder
7. Tandoori Masala
8. Oil
9. Salt
10. Turmeric powder
11. Ajwain
12. Lemon Juice
13. Garlic Powder
14. Skewers

Procedure:
1. Fill in enough water in paneer cubes and put it in microwave without cover for 2 minutes. That will make paneer soft and when we marinate them, paneer absorbs the flavors of the masala. Cut all other veggies in cubes.

2. Take sour cream in a bowl. I took half cup sour cream for 4 skewers.

3. Add in all masala powders, salt, ajwain, lemon juice and oil. Mix the mixture really well.

4. Take each paneer cube from water, press it a little bit to remove water inside it and immerse in the sour cream Mixture.

5. Take a plate and grease it with oil. Put the immersed paneer in the plate. Put all paneers like this in the plate.

6. Add all cubed veggies in the remaining sour cream mixture and mix well.

7. Put all of these in freeze for 3 to 4 hours.

8. Immerse skewers in the water for some time.

9. After 3 to 4 hours, take out the paneer and veggies and arrange them on the skewers.

10. Pre-heat oven to 450 D. F. and put these skewers in it for 20 Min. After 20 Min, roll skewers and again put in the oven for 10 Min. more.

11. Hot Paneer tikka is ready. You can garnish with saw cabbage, carrot and onion slices.
